I think region or system names might seem to be favouring one group or another. Optics on having CSM summits in Delve leaps to mind,
Ships sounds the best, to me.

They’re all really good options… as is sticking with the current expansion names theme, but since not all expansions get names these days, I understand why that probably wasn’t an option.
Soooo… I choose Solar System Names. I think when it comes to EVE, systems are the most commonly used place name type (in terms of giving you a real sense of being in place in space) and therefore when going to meet up in a meeting room, meeting at Ashab or Botane or Torrinos or Onga or Poitot, yes… would be fun! ;D
Personally, some of my fave solar system names of all time include Ethernity, Sharji, Ardallabier, Khopa, Iskemi, Shaggoth, Kerepa, Leva, Madomi, Shintaht, Zatsyaki, Safizon, and of course… Uhodoh (U HODOR!).
And imagine having a meeting in Old Man Star! That would be super-neat! 
There are ~55 region names that would be meeting room viable by my estimate (though I hope we steer clear of using both Cache and Catch)

That poitot suggestion was funny, but I think region names make more sense. You could pick a room that suits the topic being discussed.
The Forge for economy discussions,
Delve for supercap blob issues.
Some other region for botting issues…
Not sure about naming a room wicked creek or stain. Outer passage could be the fire escape?

Can you build in a narrow hallway called Uedama that connects everything, and maybe keep a pack of wild dogs in there?

Oh, there definitely are enough regions when you add HS with LS and NS and throw in Jove space/CCP space up there in the north.
And the good thing about region names is most of them aren’t letter/number combos… like so many nullsec constellations and systems are.
Also, even HS and LS constellations just aren’t that known by most people. The main constellation names I know are ones that HS incursions cycle between and even then I can only name a dozen off the top of my head vs. 100s and 100s of systems if I wanted to list 'em.
Even though I knew there were definitely more than 25 or 30 regions, I never would have guessed 55. Dayum! 
Cache and Catch are the 0 and O (that is zero and “oh”) of EVE region names… much like on license plates, they should not be both permitted, due to potential confusion caused. 
i do like the idea of Region Names as they stay for all the small things that divide us while still showing unity. every region has its own beauty like in its colors, different planets, belts and gates. maybe you want to choose more then just a name on your meeting rooms but also a color and sign

Ooo, ooo! if they DO do region names… they should have one of the more prominently-viewable nebulae on the door or wall outside the room… such as the Kor-Azor/Khanid-area blue/green/orange nebula that looks like Adam and God touching fingers on the roof of the Sistine Chapel.

Region names make the most sense to me, (followed by System) as they refer to place. But, I think some names should be excluded: Let’s not discuss new game features in a “Curse”(d) room 
Similarly, The Bleak Lands, Solitude, and Devoid, should be avoided. Nothing happens there
I think it will be fun for employees to twist their tongues around some region names… should you pronounce it “Deck-lin” or “De-cline” ?
A veritable Fountain of ideas will be discussed in these rooms, the Genesis of which may take some time to explain. Some developers will Delve into their Domain-specific knowledge, while distilling the Essence of their idea.

I vote Solar System Names and propose the name Aldik. It might be an underappreciated backwater system in Minmatar space, but it is my current home, and it’d be cool to see it as one of the names for these meeting rooms.

Region names! Because you guys will have endless fun with all the puns.
A lot of system names would cuase confusion like OICX … when someone calls it by its real name on coms everyone is like WHAT where!?
Could also overlay the floor plan of your building over the map and see if it fits anywhere could be cool.

Oh @CCP_Falcon while I remember - if solar systems win can we ban any that are named after present or past devs please? “Hilmar is so hot today”, “Someone left their water bottle in Nonni”, etc.

System names.
Main hall/building entrance(if you have security guard): Rancer or Niarja
Room for meetings: Amamake
Cafeteria/kitchen: Tama or Jita
Thinkrooms: Hek (because why the Hek not?)
Just hear the EVE Reader Podcast Episode of it. Probably one of my favorite ones yet!
Edit: Chose ship class names. Because “Omen at 11:00” sounds pretty funny.
