Solar system names. Inaro, Amarr, Tama, the list is long!
Solar system, Yulai.
Because Yulai has been one of the most important locations in the game several times during its history.
It has been a trade hub, still kinda is the HQ system for CONCORD even after the “attack of the elders” and to my knowledge (I’m not a huge lore nerd) is a very important political hub for the different empires, factions and CONCORD.
TL;DR: Meeting room = trade and political hub

Hopefully your meeting rooms will have no windows and no light bulbs 
Then you can have a meeting in the ‘Blackout room’ and pretend you are in Null-sec 
On a serious note, Region names was my preference as they are the biggest entities of navigation and reference of New Eden and are well defined. Anyone who has played Eve for a while could probably draw out the Region map without any reference material.

Well. I voted for constellation names, I’ve always liked to notice the different constellations I’ve been in. Not the most used names, but we couldn’t do without them!
Solar System names is the only real choice, so much history and drama associated with various systems around New Eden. Plus it’ll be great watching all the drama about which system names get used. My suggestions would all be in Black Rise, Placid, and Verge Vendor because that is where all the cool people live.

Region names. As GMs take care of a whole area often, and there are probably a sensible number of regions for meeting rooms.
