Solar System names.
For one, because I’d like you all to enjoy the hell FCs endure while trying to navigate fleets.
“Warp Hofjaldgund, jump on contact”
Except we all have very different ways of pronouncing these exceptionally consonanted names, and we can never figure out where the hell FC wants us to warp to.
And then y’all can fleet up to go to meetings.
“Hey DZ, don’t forget about the lore project consultation at 1300.”
“Where’s formup?”
“Formup’s at Tanoo”
And for another, I hope y’all name the cafeteria Hek.
“Oh god, this has been a long day and I skipped breakfast. Looking forward to Hek”
That joke really doesn’t get old.

What about when they say, O! I thought you meant the meeting was in JAN.
Or if someone sais the meeting is in Rakapas then they know they will have a ■■■■ ton of paper work Dropped on them 
My vote goes to naming the rooms after solar systems. These are the specific areas in the game where pivotal battles have taken place. Where corporations have settled in and built themselves a home. Where there have been memorials, tributes and celebratory sites built by you to acknowledge the stories and history that some systems hold. No doubt this would be a great choice as you move forward, to create new stories and develop a history in your new building.

I went with Ship Class. Because no matter where in space you were when you experienced your greatest triumphs or suffered your most cataclysmic defeat, your ship was why you where there. Also they make for easily distinguished room names for logistical reasons because they can more reflect the “personality” of each room.

If there’s a meeting room that has no doors to the hallway, only from other adjacent rooms, you naturally are required to name it “Stain”.
Stain should be reserved for Kitchen (or The Forge)!

How about Cyno, for those who want to jump in any discusion…
Rorqual for the wardrobe where you can leave your Umbrellas…
Captains Quaters for the Toilets…
Blackout for the Bar…
And now you can say something like:
“First i was in Rorqual, left my Umbrella, jumped in cyno found myself in blackout and finaly ran into the Captains Quater for some Paperwork…”

Good. That suits CCP very well.
Besides, there are many systems which are quite hilarious when put in context in certain languages. Egghelende, for instance, which is the perfect system for CCP Falcon’s current launcher avatar to have a meeting in.
