For the new war dec system, here is a protection scheme.
To do this you need two corps, call them good and bad.
The bad corp wardecs as many corps with structures as possible.
The good corp offers to take ownership and “rent” out the structure 100% to the corp trying to avoid war. If the bear corp refuses the bad corp destroys their strcutures.
You guys can figure out the rest 
And the point is?
The point of a protection scheme, to protect the innocent of course 
I don’t see the point either. If the bad corp can kill structures all day, then just do that. Is the plan to sell the structures for profit? I just don’t see it playing out that way.
Some Merc corps already do that (Wrecking Machine)… They wardec your corp to destroy structures and just before offer a surrend option… if you pay, they leave you alone.
