There is an ongoing phishing scam affecting games and other online services that utilize Zendesk, including EVE Online. The message will either imitate the CCP Player Experience team, or spoof users e-mail addresses and create tickets on their behalf with a subject line similar to:

In my defence, the email said that by providing my full information and credit card details for verification, that it would enable CCP to introduce ESI for Equinox Sov.
You guys really need to distribute these surveys ingame and then let them lead to your website to fill out the survey. With the current way via email you are directly contributing to players falling for scams like this, because it is so inherently unsafe and plain bad cybersecurity practice.
I don’r Discord, but thanks for looking out for the unfortunate.
I have one of those things called a cell phone, it is not an Android, it doesn’t even have a touch pad. My company buys them cheap as burners, My current one is very old now, but I use it as a phone and not a gaming device. Still the voice messages is always full of scams after only one day. I don’t bother deleting them, it has been full for years now. I keep getting calls for a Latrista woman, which is a good thing, tells me they are another scammer. I read Bitcon ATMs are also being used for scams. I wonder, if any of the call centers in India truly believe in Karma. Because I for one do, I date that hellion from time to time, and she can be one vile mistress.
