Warpath: Intelligence Cache Exploration Sites (Caldari) Don't Despawn

Caldari event data sites (at least in nullsec) are not despawning after both cans are hacked.

Amarr, Gallente and MInmatar sites despawn as expected.

Not despawning in wormholes either.

Combat sites and data site not despawning.
