Gosh, no. You’re not really playing EVE until you have flown every one of those expensive ships individually all 35 jumps. It’s great fun ! It generally requires an alt as a scout who goes on ahead.

There is no economic difference between mining Veldspar in 1.0, 0.9, 0.8, 0.7, 0.6, or 0.5. Veldspar is Veldspar. Tritanium is Tritanium.

I’ve mined in every single faction and I’ll continue to do so.
