No, those are both way above 10% even individually.
So any predictions on if the gankers will be out in full force after DT? Man, this would be the biggest troll (and absolutely hilarious!) if FC rolled Exordium out as 0.4 space and no CONCORD.
This and many other threads of this same subject has been a conspirators fantasy from the start.

Yeah, I saw it. I donât have the statistics on those activities, but even without knowing the statistics, one can know that you donât make a thing better by dumbing it down and removing variety. Iâm pretty sure less than 10% of the worldâs population participates in paragliding. But we donât think of banning it or telling people who do it to go find something more popular to do. That would be ridiculous.
It doesnât matter how small the % of players that participates in any given activity is. That % is not the reason to remove it, however small. If two people start doing something nobody else does, and developing it and improving it, that can be a visionary thing and might lead to something even more people benefit from in the future. Youâre only as limited as your imagination and things you canât accept. Variety and richness of options is what make this game complex and realistic.
EVE, in particular, is what it is precisely because there are so many niche activities and opportunities to discover and create. Implying that a thing should be removed just because only a tiny fraction of players is interested in it, is unsound.

Nah, screw those guys. Paragliding should totally be banned. Same with badminton and competitive crochet.
A tiny minority of the population murders people. Murder should not be banned.
It already has been, obviously.
Yet, in 2021 around 1,250 murders occured per day on Earth.
The question now is, will the new traffic make it worth moving Uedama to Litiura?
Why is less than 10% people using it a valid reason to remove captain quarters, but nothing else?

Because they arenât going to sink development time and money into a new feature that only 3% of players ended up making use of, thatâs why. If only 3% of players ran abyssal content, CCP wouldnât have even bothered making itâŚ
