PvP is already allowed almost everywhere, and even the so-called restricted areas do not truly prevent it.

Because gankers are tear bears and want to gank as many Rookies as possible. Hi-sec gankers are based on a pyramid scheme, the more bottom gankers, the more loot and self-perceived esteem the head of the pyramid receives.

Unless the head ganker of each pyramid is handing a monthly or three month sub to EvE for the gankers continuing efforts, why even join a ganker pyramid?

Needs to be a security revamp.

There should only be three security levels.

Everything currently labeled as “hi-sec” becomes Security Level 2. Same rules as Exordium. Safeties on green. Concord rules with an iron fist.

Everything currently “lo-sec” becomes Security Level 1. Ganking is possible, but you’ll work for it. Same Concord response as current .05.

Everything “Null”, or otherwise non-sec becomes Security level 0. You’re on your own.

I think you guys overestimate the danger of Uedama

Have you even checked lately on the number of ships getting ganked there?

Less than 10 a day on average?

Compare that to Jita or any of the hub undocks
