In all my over a decade of posting/pissing off players, I have blocked only one for such a racist post, it had to be done and flagged. I have flagged less than 5 overall. Even Bluie (spelling) had a good point that took me 3 days to research only to figure out CCP had such a teaching tool that was a good idea but was discontinued by CCP.
I will not blk him simply because he might spit out the bases for a good idea in one of his rants.
