How can we collect signs in a petition to CCP? I was in his Cyno Vigil, and, I would like to support this petition

There is a precedent: The Blaze Squadron skins were a fundraiser for the young family of the late, and sorely missed, CCP Blaze.
Granted they were a member of ccp staff and not a third party streamer.
