We Need More 'Suspect' Conditions

My only comment would be that ‘the customer is always right’ is something that needs to be used very sparingly….and not a knee jerk reaction to every issue.

Yes he seemed oblivious to how he came off and honestly with the context he seemed deliberate about it. Can’t prove it but it seemed he knows it but tries to throw a surprised pikachu face and get out of the hook while repeating the same behavior.

He also liked using knives and people’s throats in some of his descriptions. It was literal real-life threats, regardless if he actually meant it in his head or not, he was warned about it by the GMs and also on the forums and his reaction was shouting publicly asking what he did wrong and why his words are interpreted as they are.

But he literally said what he did so he either was just pretending or actually was delusional (not trying to attack him but that is what it is) or maybe a bit of both as he seemed a bit unstable so not entirely sure if his mind was clear when his anger engulfed him so he didn’t think it through and later even if he did he doubled down on it just because.

Yes instead of generalizations maybe provide a professional approach that actually addresses each situation properly.

Oh btw forgot to mention but for the record not to only post negative things when there is neutral too, I’ve also had two encounters with him later on.

Once if I recall correctly he passed through Parchanier and we started to talk a bit about all kinds of things, mostly the back then current state of the world (covid, war in Ukraine and such). It was a civilized though not too long conversation as he had to sign out after a while but there was nothing negative about that encounter.

Another time when a structure was destroyed in Parchanier I’ve signed in to shoot potential loot thieves and he did the same so we shot targets together but parallel so not fleeting up or anything. Didn’t talk much but was nothing negative about that either.

Here a few examples as proof just in case:

So clearly he was capable of acting in civilized fashion. Thought I add this too for a fair overview instead of only mentioning the negatives.

Adrian’s primary problem (aside from botting) was that he became fixated on suspect baiting, and could not find a way to farm killmails without resorting to personal attacks and threats (which he insisted were ‘in game’). When someone would not shoot, he would persist for weeks. When I met Adrian, he engaged in such behaviour, leading me to repeatedly mock him in local and refer to him as a “stupid miner”. Over the years, several people suggested he calm down, but our advice was discarded. At some point, I guess CCP had enough of it. Adrian found all of this very unfair, but the botting alone was kinda excessive, so I can’t have much sympathy.

Personally, I don’t try to ‘trigger’ people. That seems to be where CCP draws a line, and Adrian was always crossing that line.

I told him to shut up on many occasions.

I don’t know who that is, but I thought he was dead with the way Aiko phrased it.

Translation:

‘I need more ez wins. I’m too afraid to go to low or null to pick a real fight. I want to be fed kills.’

All his characters are dead. If you check the reddit post I’ve linked which was posted by the guy himself you can see all his accounts were banned forever.

You have to do something pretty extreme for a business to say “we no longer want your money” so clearly he’s had it coming, whoever tf he is.
