That statement, right there, goes to show that you really donāt know the history of this game. Hillmar et.al. intended EvE to be, Everyone vs Everyone. But over the years, the loud minority of screeching carebears have eroded that.
Evidence: the old war dec mechanic was removed because carebears screeched and whined and instead of strapping guns to their ships, they sat in their stations spinning.
If you want to play in an isolated environment, where youāre 100% safe from other players, I suggested that you play:
Instead of asking why, or engaging in the conversation, you went straight to ad hominem.
Now, if youāre going to accuse someone of being stupid, you probably shouldnāt do stupid things, and make sure that your grammar and spelling is up to snuff.

Yes, because if someone got ganked in highsec it could ONLY be because they didnāt d-scan and check local. There is no way for gankers to get around a player doing those two things. It must be because of that. /s
Glad to see CCP changed the alpha account settings. Iāll throw that onto the list of things they have done to make the game better in the last decade since I was active. So the only difference is that the person ganking mission runners to pay for plex might need more startup isk or to sub initially before they do the exact same thing.
It would be nice if CCP payed more attention to the forums than some of the troglodytes I have seen reading over this thread.
Correct. Situational awareness is the best defense against gankers in high sec and against pirates in low sec (itās how I run level 4ās in low)
