In a game where the developers encourage toxicty you can’t expect it to last. When the toxic 12 yr olds grow up they too will be over it and move on… well till they get divorced and get bored.

ANTAR Took drugs for the form of self-punishment.
Amarr Empire Lore Antar (died YC111) who worked for Court Chamberlain [Dochuta Karsoth. Antar had a drug addiction and carried an emergency supply in a golden vial that he kept with him at all times. He had begun his drug use as a way to deal with the stress of working for the Chamberlain, despite it being forbidden. Antar rationalized his drug use as a form of self-punishment.

The player numbers today reflect false numbers because of Multiboxing.
Player numbers are not important. Its how many are Omega and how, if at all the ratio changing between Omega and Alpha.
Also the amount of new accounts created balanced against how many of them stay or turn to Omega. Only CCP know that information and they will be keeping that to themselves.

I am reading the “Building the Future of Eve” and seeing the graphics and thinking it is Highsec along with a less stable space as it could be paving the way to removing dirty concord scum and making way for the 4 factions to supply security based on player standings.

Whose gonna run the bits of space with ‘Concord’ on the gates ? Like the area where the SOE missions start.
Based on good standings then the response should be suggested to be of the Navy with the faction/s in question to warp simular to how the current reaction force scum do.
The above was derived by summarizing past comments from various threads since fanfest and is speculation as only Her Majesty Queen Regent of Highec would know of what the future of New Eden will be for her Highsec space.

I spent an hour reading the entire thread… I didn’t even bother to login any of my 4 accounts simply because it’s patch day and CCP consistantly NEVER get it right (even down to the original URL that was posted that never worked)
Some pretty constructive comments in the early stages of the thread to be fair, and one of the better ones of late.
A couple of things that spring to mind for me though…
What Da F*** happened to the forum moderators with all the references to Drug post’s and Clear trolling by Jita/Amarr Pirate corps ???
And the really plain and simple one for me … So much attention to driving new players to stay in game YET so little attention to retaining older ones…

I think the decline started when CCP sold the game to Pearl Abyss for $453 million in 2018… Since then, it seems like all the “changes” are part of an agenda to monetize the game out of greed IMO…
