Has anyone here heard of this third party application called LittleUfo?

There is little information on it on the above website, but I’ve never seen it used before and I wonder if anyone here have more information?
I find it also strange that there are no topics on “LittleUfo” on these forums.
I’m grateful for any information regarding this.
