Too many to count.
- Forgot to dual my freighter alt in highsec so I could web her:
- Fell asleep in an anomoly in nullsec, while ratting in an Ishtar. Not once, but twice (I hate PVE):
- Engaged a wartarget with an alt, forgetting that the alt wasn’t in Corp at the time (this is why nullsec is so much easier for a dummy like me):
- First time I ever found a Vindicator Blueprint in a 10/10 DED site, they were selling on contracts at the time for 800 million ISK. Vindi’s were selling for 1.15 Billion at the time. The cost of the minerals was 250 Million, so I figured, spend 250 million, make 1.15 Billion - a cool 100 million on top of just selling the blueprint. Bought the minerals, built the ship, scammed myself by selling on the market for 115 million, instead of 1.15 billion. Doh!

Flew a freighter into HED-GP once full of expensive crap, under some strange delusion that there definitely wasn’t a gate camp up at that moment. That went well…

I thought it was fun to launch a 300 mil ship into the center of a 40 rat cruise ships swarm
I was correct, I lost the ship and took me an hour to get back to the wreck to recover some of my modules and loot using DScan… it was fun 
no I am not sarcastic I really enjoyed it.

FC’ing a group of friends in Tengu’s to run some wormhole sites I’d scanned down earlier - the wh closed on us and we didn’t have a probe between the 5 of us…

I ran an obvious gank contract in an obelisk, because it looked fun. 5B after insurance.
Play stupid games; win stupid prizes. 
Bought 10 hulks for 10% of normal price. Felt bad and worried that alliance corp would be quite mad. Traded it all back to seller. Bought 1 at full price.
Was mining in a .5 system in my apoc. No guns or drones… got scrammed by rats. Had to call out in local for someone to come kill them for me.
Be me, new, running missions in a buffer fit RHML Raven (I dunno… I was new okay?). Incidentally this happens to be one of my favourite pvp encounters.
Finish the mission, get ready to make the jump back to the agent’s system - right next door. I’ve got a sliver of armor damage from the mission, launchers half empty… whatever, I’m done the mission. Reloading is a pain in the ass with these things.
Except… the gate I took and the gate I should have taken were not the same thing.
Oh, now I’m in lowsec. And there’s a broadsword on the gate. And I’m tackled.
So I unload on the broadsword. I’m not new to PVP, but everything to date has involved running in swarms of thrashers. My hands are shaking, I’m clicking the mouse and hitting the keyboard like 6x harder than I normally do.
Lucky for the broadsword, I was in a mission ship. No point. So he warped off after I broke his primary buffer. I think back to what my FC always does when we’re getting ready to bug out - I look at the gate, I’m way too far away. In favour of more buffer, no prop mod.
A T1 cruiser lands on me, pointed again. ■■■■. 1 shot left before another reload, shields are gone. Fine. Shoot my one volley and start reloading, and I remember what FC always does. Regroup at sun. So I align for the sun.
Reload finishes, and I’m in hull. I tell the cruiser to eat ■■■■ and start firing again, manage to force him off too. Get into warp JUST as the broadsword is on his way back to me.
Whew! This ■■■■’s fun I think. But as I land… ■■■■, there’s an interceptor and a brutix waiting for me at the sun. And that is where it ended.
Mistakes were made at pretty much every level. But god damn was that ever a rush.

Sold a Scorpion for 18,000,000 when I missed a zero…

Tried a Level four something something with an Oracle…got webbed and had to wait about 20 minutes for the AI to eat though my tank before going poof in a ball of sadness (and lameness).
