There is a texture of women body in the game files with nipples and genitalia. It is of a woman NPC, dont know why CCP keeps it, but thats argument contradicting that CCP are some puritans. The texture even have the lips shaped in kissing manner, so its a bit more romantic than whole game content.

It has nothing to do with being WoW-like, it’s about convenience. A docking cutscene is interesting the first time you watch it, after the 1000th time it’s a frustrating waste of time and you just want to skip past it so you can do the station stuff you’re docking for. So why should CCP spend development time on a feature that will be hated by most players?
Imagine we could teleport right into the place we want without jumping 100 systems while hauling. So much time saved. As I am thinking, maybe CCP being advised by PA will introduce some wormhole generators where you could feed them PLEX.
Thats it, CCP and PA may think in completely other categories than we.
Having to move through systems accomplishes useful goals: it makes distance matter, and it gives opportunities for interaction with other players along the way. A docking cutscene just makes docking take longer and offers nothing in return.
But thats true for those high sec systems I jumped thru yesterday also. They never contributed to anything for me actually. I spent the time watching movie about wormholes on you tube or reading someone posting some memes in chat channel.
They have the potential to contribute something. Even if nobody actually takes a shot at you you’re still in a position where someone could suicide gank you, still forced to consider time vs. safety in setting a direct route or detouring around dangerous systems, still making fitting choices for warp time vs. tank vs. cargo capacity, etc. Passively watching a cutscene of your ship docking is never going to add anything interesting, it’s just a fixed delay you have to sit through.
Well, its like walking up to a toilet really. If people could not avoid it, they would pay no matter to it. Like to those trees that you pass while sitting in a bus, or driving to work. Instead they would look at chat or think about what they are doing after docking.
Frustrating that wouldnt be, more like relaxing. Frustrating things are only the things you know you can get rid of and they are in opposition to what you think they should be like. If we could, we would teleport everywhere, but going back to walking would make us annoyed. Loading times for videos or sites are simple example. We immediately notice something taking too long.
If your argument for your proposed feature is to compare it to a toilet then I think this is your concession that it’s a bad idea.

Exactly, and this example illustrates why your idea is terrible. Loading times exist because the site and your PC have to do work to exchange data and that takes a moment to complete. Nobody is adding extra loading times just to make visiting their site take longer, which is what you’re proposing here.
Just wanting to share few thoughts about daily life. Some things we accept, some dont because we knew better. Or until someone introduces better. In Lotro they have travels that you can pay with mithril coins and I have never seen people complaining. So CCP with PA may take that and introduce here. I wouldnt be surprised.
BTW, the docking scenes are already in the game. But were introduced after we knew faster means of docking, that is without cutscene.
Whenever the topic of Avatar gameplay is brought up, the same group of Anti-Avatar players start power-posting the same old rhetoric in opposition to that topic.
After Icarna, CCP received a lot of great ideas for Avatar gameplay content. Do a google search, there were plenty of threads posted on that topic and I’m not talking about dancing in a bar with emotes.
The bottom line is that type of content would have brought in more players which would have been more money for CCP. Some of those players would have even started flying spaceships too, more players in space would have created more content.
We could have had a great thriving game, unfortunately CCP didn’t follow through with it and now Eve is just a shadow of it’s former glory.
