Interestingly the aesthetic of each group was completely reworked in 2010 with the new character creator being introduced for Incarna, and some changed quite considerably.
I’d say the Sebiestor are a good example of this, with the male characters becoming more rat-faced, as you describe, whereas in the past they were much more moon-faced in their look.
For my own Intaki character, the look completely changed. Gone is the gaunt look with a prominent bone structure, with log hair a defining feature for the males. Now, the Intaki have a distinct nose, and fuller lips.
The fashion changed completely too, with the old portraits suggesting traditional robes, or loose fabrics that would suit the lore description of Intaki Prime, whereas now the Intaki wear pretty much what everyone else is wearing, regardless of the themes of the bloodline.
