What situations would you need/want a sig radius suppressor?

I was just messing around on eve workbench, and created a 480dps Ferox with a 17m sig radius(using a few Signature Radius Suppresor I’s), and i was just wondering if there would be a situation in which you would need/want to fit a sig radius suppressor.

Those don’t fit on anything smaller than a BS. Their use is when you’re being primaried in fleet and by a fleet and you’re about to get popped. It’s kinda niche tho.
