I tried google and couldn’t find a perfect skill plan listed anywhere for a perfect cyno alt. I just want to know what skills I need to 5 for the perfect cyno alt.
I am having trouble with reading up on some of these Navigation skills. Some of the Navigation skill are for the ship that is jumping, and some for the cyno alt, and I don’t know which is which.
