Because you trained minmatar soldiers, armed them with weapons and feed them intelligence during the uprising.
There are fugly minmatar, caldari and amarr ships too if we’re talking about aesthetics. Where the gallente truly fail is the horrid selection of clothing at character creation. They literally picked out anything cool looking and removed it from the Gallente.

yeah, for sure. I threw on a 50mn but i havent finished event to get it to see how well it works out. I am assuming using the mwd/cloak method is the intention.
Idk, I think Gallente takes the award for ugliest ships. Outside of the Brutix/Astarte, Mega/Vindi/Kronos and maybe the Nyx. Everything else is just too bubbly and bloated looking.

Hahaha, you can’t fit any form of cruiser tier prop mod on it if you aren’t willing to sacrifice at least one rig/low fitting slot for it. Otherwise there isn’t enough power grid for it and even then i doubt that one cycle of mwd will be enough to get you into warp.
