If EVE had a few truly “safe systems” where PvP wasn’t allowed, what would it actually hurt?
It wouldn’t stop wars. It wouldn’t break the sandbox. It would just give new and casual players a place to breathe before stepping into danger.
If you’re against the idea, ask yourself why.
If your answer boils down to “I need easy targets,” maybe the problem isn’t in the safe zone.

As long as the systems are literally worthless (no missions, no exploration, no mining, no trading, no traveling, no PVE), it would not hurt anyone. We already have those systems: the starter systems.
