  1. Ban all bots
    Starting with AFK cloaked bots spamming to external apps for pings / alarms when ceirtain players enter system(s) or ceirtain conditions occur. Then ratting bots, mining bots, market bots. then rest of bots. In that order.

  2. Limit total amount of blues any character in the game can have to 500, or perhaps less.

  3. Limit total amount of players that can blue any particular character to 500, or less.

  4. Remove local from NS.
