It appears that this player, Uta Asmia, is referencing what he believes to be official posts made by Fenris devs many years ago regarding the population distribution of New Eden and the number of PvPers. These threads in particular have been heavily moderated for trolling and flame-baiting, and it appears like we still have some cleaning to do.
For reference, developers do not share private information with players.

I am a retired, have time, and knows how to research something. All I needed was a direction. FC Swift provided that direction. Then it was a matter of less than 10 minutes to get to find the source of all of this.

Oh I will concede that there are issues and that some things could do with a change. At the same time EVE does stand for Every Versus Everyone. It is not just the name of the collapsed wormhole either. The game is an unrelenting PVP and it is not going to go away.
For everyone viewing pleasure.. Some Warlock semi-credible reporting, but always wonderful cinematics of what makes Eve so beautiful and keeps me in space corn flakes.

My understanding is that its not a violation to post GM messages, unless they reveal confidential information, or are posted in a way which distorts or changes the meaning of the message. If a message is posted to clarify rules or explain topics of interest to the community, it’s not a violation. At worse, you will get a warning, but in this case I think Uta is the one likely to get a warning, as it is a EULA violation to spread rumors and claim secret dev sources. I mean, I’m sorry, Uta is likely to get a 100000 PLEX prize and a free vacation to Iceland, along with an ingame monument, to celebrate the end of ganking for ALL TIME!!!

The one that was flagged with the letter. Should be seen by everyone now. As the Moderator/dev informed me that was by an accident. Yes, I made sure that the letter that I copied and paste had no personal information or information that was confidential, distorted. Nor changed the email message and was not altered. Uta can squall all he wants.
Uta, I think is heading for a ban. He has admitted that he does not know the lore, game mechanics, or has even played once. Uta is in my opinion is a troll. Still it was good to expose him for lying once and for all. He is blocked I would suggest, a suggestion not advising, that everyone blocks him. Again it is just a suggestion.

It is highly passive-aggressive in every sense, and I am surprised it has been allowed this long. Though they are not breaking any specific forum rules, they argue everything on lack of good faith and severe untruths, with nothing to back them up. I refuse to engage directly, as it brings nothing to anyone. Let the troll die an ignored death.

Well, I want to know why he is so certain that what he says is true. That’s never really been explained…nor the precise details of what was allegedly imparted. I say this because even if anything was said, its quite possible he has just mis-interpreted it.
I am equally surprised that he’s been allowed to carry on this long. But he has…so I’d rather get to the bottom of it.
Oftentimes I’ve found in life that those who know the least are the most certain, and the ones who know the most are filled with doubts and uncertainty. If he had proof or truth, I think he’d have laid it to rest. That he hasn’t, or can’t, leaves it where it’ll lie; for me at least, I don’t believe any proof is coming, nor any reason. I have worked in hospitals where people will passionately and quite believably tell you their versions of the truth that sound very far-fetched. To them, they believe it and it “is” their truth, yet the reality of why they are in the hospital tells us a different story.
So for me, a passionate declaration and insistence mean nothing in the face of verifiable reality, and I validate those people’s lives, emotions and selves but leave their versions of “reality” at the locked door as I exit the ward.
Engaging, or seeking meaning and understanding will never occur in these circumstances. It is a futile effort and one I have stopped pursuing…

You guys wanna hear another crazy story about flags? This isnt even as bad as it once was. Before CCP gave up and turned it over to the forum junkies to circle jerk forever… we had a guy who was worse and he worked for CCP. HE would even get the complaint emails about HIMSELF and delete them. I literally still have his emails telling me he deleted my complaints lol. He died later so no one talks about it anymore. I forgive him lol
You’ve had probably 500 posts in which to clarify things, which you’ve repeatedly been asked to do yet repeatedly failed to do. I wouldn’t call 500 opportunities to to state your case ‘censoring’.
