Whatever happened to the 'margin' skill?

After a long break from EVE, I have returned to the game \o/

I have decided to try my hand at station trading, and, after watching the horror of broker’s fees and training the relevant skills (and standings) to reduce taxes and whatnots, I remembered very dimly about the Margin skillbook. However, when I went to the market, no such skill exists.

What happened to it?

They got rid of margin trading and moved everybody’s Margin Trading skills into a new skill called Advanced Broker Relations.
