Anything less than 3 major power blocs would be extremely detrimental to the game. Don’t want a repeat of Serenity on TQ.

That tactic is nothing new and has been used in the past with a lot more bubbles than they used bubble wrapping that keepstar (i think there was only 140 or so anchored in that fight).
I think what screwed up goons here that they lost their citadel in the system night before and getting constant stream of reinforcement to the keepstar was kinda pain. After the fight, took TAPI only 5 or so minutes to kill all the bubbles. Goons could have scouted the situation and gotten rid of them if they wanted.
Shouting ‘exploit!’ seems to be easier for them than to actually admit that they screwed up the fight.
They most likely shouting exploit because some people in the past pulled that bubble wrapping crap using cans and ejecting shuttles to decloak in gate camps and then the opposite side and CCP cried that it was an exploit to purposely kill the server node.
