If the drifters are what’s supposed to be causing this blackout, where are they?

I want to see at least 20 in EVERY SINGLE BLACKED OUT SYSTEM!

They are cloked up and camping every single nullsec system, munching their popcorn and drinking nullbear tears from their tiny teacups while talking to eachother in british accent. :dealwithitparrot:
