I’m at my station, and all I can see in the general tab is other stations. Where can I find NPCs easily? I need to shoot my fireworks launcher for skilling spree quest.
i think i saw someone else say you can shoot them at concord at a gate.
if you have rookie chat help, try asking there, instead of flooding the forum with a bunch of questions that you can easily ask in rookie chat help… thats why its there…
