signing up for FW removes 50%of targets in lowsec for a handful of coins. I’d rather have more people to shoot at and stay neutral

i will use my main for a couple of hours every once and a while
alts or mains, depends if the corp im with lives there
How active are the faction warfare complexes? Do you expect to have them to yourself or your fleet? Or do you expect other random players running them with you?
what i mean is i enroll and fly around for a bit then sit by jita, then get bored and quit FW
