Who are “The Weak and Scrawny"? Or “The Fearful and Timid”? I thought it took multiple corps to form an alliance. This is just the one. They also seem to reform or recreate the corp and alliance every year? Each year I’ve looked at them they have the current year as the year they formed. It’s pretty misleading. They must own dare I say thousands of POCOs throughout New Eden and have no Sov anywhere. They must rake in the isk from PI tax. Thanks in advance for any info.

The Weak and Scrawny & The Fearful and Timid are owned by JitaDave, who is a solo independent Robin Hood-esque figure who takes the wealth collected by his POCOs and redistributes it to the newbros of Jita. And, it isn’t thousands of POCOs; it’s like, maybe 100.

I’ve met Dave IRL a few times at a strategy game meet, super nice guy with several other similar fascinating deep hobbies- his model railroad room is insane. Poco tax system is exactly his style, retired accountant. Never tells how many pocos he has tho, my guess is over 100 though.
I’m afraid the tax levied is a hard coded feature that cannot be removed. I’m sure JitaDave would like to set the tax rate to -10% due to his generosity.
