The game should be about SKILL not ship class and EHP.
A SOLO catalyst should be able to gank a freighter using just SKILL. Requiring 15+ catalysts just to take down one wallet warrior’s freighter is just ridiculous and needs to be addressed.
Also think of the children! Those freighters might be hauling Minmatar child slaves who can’t be liberated before they reach their Amarrian destination because the freighters have too much EHP. This must not be allowed, let good hearted people free the slaves from their terrible demise.

To eliminate ganking, I propose undocking in a freighter or industrial command ship in high sec and low sec should be a suspect action.
That will eliminate almost all ganking. Also, people will lose a lot less to ganks on average, making it less lucrative. Haulers and miner foremen are encouraged to fleet up or form a convoy. And shell logi/mining alt-corps have diminished value.
As a side effect hauling skill ceiling is raised and Jita market projection diminished. This makes local markets much more valuable and small time industrialists (newbies and vets alike) more competitive. Also, small time piracy is revived in high sec, making the game on the whole more dynamic, interactive, and fun.
Also adding the use of a cargo scanner is a criminal act.
I’d be OK with that if undocking with cargo was also considered a criminal act.
I would also support your local market idea as pulling stock out of Jita is not the solution to quicker pvp interactions. Ship hulls and fittings should be available in every NPC station throughout Highsec

Easi solution PAY SYSTEM FOR CONCORD you pay 2X price of the enemy ship and you will be able to agress anyting.

Somehow none of that is correct. I have an alt in a venture right now that is absolutely doing stuff in hi sec that people should be killing him for. If people were paying attention he would be getting ganked daily. But so many people just don’t pay attention. Or they are like you. Please don’t hurt the poor venture!! He’s just making warp in pings, and dock and undock BMs, and seeing who owns what and where.
What about for gate ganking they have to take control of the underworld network in the sys the more control they have the better bonuses they get to ganking , it’s up to players to wrestle control back.
So a bit like some of the fw mechanics but at the same time letting lazy ass gankers gank as they are now but they get no bonus and eventually we could do something in sys to make it less profitable of them , so pushing them out .
