In the old UI I was able to read text in windows behind other windows with the transparency maxed out. In the NEW UI, I can still SEE through the transparent windows, but I can no longer read text or see items in inventory, etc, through other windows. With my small screen, this is a quit the game forever move, CCP.

I can answer this one!! Go into your settings where you adjust your transparency, and uncheck the window blur. lol (In case anyone else needs the help.)
