I dunno about the unfairness of what you describe, but what is crazy is that having a kill right over-rides suspect status. That is to say, whilst you can shoot on sight anyone with just a suspect status, you cannot shoot a suspect with a kill right against them without activating the kill right.
Thus suspects take advantage of this….as its a way of going suspect without facing the consequences. They shoot one of their alts or something, then get the alt to place a 10bn kill right on them. This means they can commit crimes and be suspect for hours on end, with nobody shooting at them. You often see these people sitting outside Jita. This is totally ass backwards. Kill rights should NOT over-ride suspect status.

To my dear critics calling me and all my supporters “trolls”, I just want to highlight that this kind of rhetoric tactic reveals that you have no argument to engage my points on so you rely on ad hominem attacks against my character without engaging with the substance of my message. This is entirely expected as the state of rhetoric discourse on the forums has steeply declined in the last twenty years.
You could also make the argument that this is the result of the increasingly overwhelmed education system across the world, as students no longer learn the basics of rhetoric debate, and with the rise of apps like tiktok, instagram and onlyfans, students are more concerned with selling pretty pictures online than studying Plato and ancient poetry, which is a very tragic for the state of the world and also that which you see reflected in online discourse.
I am however above such world developments, and I forgive those critics, for it is not their fault that the education system failed them. Instead, I welcome them to analyze the content of my argumentation and challenge them to find the flaws, for I will boldly claim that there are none!

I agree. The number of people hyperfocusing on an irrelevant aspect such as how a kill right is made, astounds me.
This thread has a topic, and not a lot of people want to engage that topic. Instead, they want to point fingers and call names. Thats what trolls do.

You cannot begin to answer the op’s predicament until you evaluate how this came to be in the first place. So while Op is distraught with the supposed onslaught of him getting griefed by miners selling killrights to “nul sec titan pilots” one has to ask, well how did said miner get the kill right in the first place. I mean it’s in the Name right there: Kill Right
I mean if CCP has it out for Mr. Fuchs and has arbitrarily decided to just give random miners kill rights for him, then yes that is. . . bad

This is not a true statement. If so many people can post about being ganked without admitting to their own folly, then this topic can be made without discussing how a kill right is earned.
You are, yet again, hyperfocusing on an irrelevant situation to the topic at hand.
This isnt the place for banter, that’s general chat. This is the place to discuss crime and punishment. Well, this is the punishment part, out of how many, oh god, so so so so many threads about crime, while advocating for more and more punishments.
Ganking has been nerfed so many times, and it is never enough. In short, this is all I end up seeing.

Considering I spent a significant number of years mining in null, i would say I do indeed know what a Miner is.
This is what happens when you don’t know who you’re engaging.

To top all of this off, I have been a regular in mining chat for Years. pre scarcity, pre purge. Years, I have been assisting miners, on various names. I would think I have a little bit of knowledge on the subject. I dont think I’ve ever even seen you in the mining channel.

as a non miner, even though i was mining and selling at a reduced rate from jita standards, i was doing this every day to the point that they and everyone else in that whole alliance just couldnt keep buying ice. Is this enough credentials for me having been a miner and knowing miner issues?
Have any of you pro miners ever mined even half that much ice in a single day?
