i have with both fractions -7 standing but serpentis not seems to attack me and Guristas Pirates do…
does it has todo with system fraction war?
when not wich fractions attack and wich not?
It’s faction, not fraction.
Not sure about serpentis, but guristas regardless of standings will attack anyone. You could be +10 to gurista faction and still be attacked
AFAIK, they’re supposed to attack you. I thought that the only rats that you could get to be neutral/friendly towards you were diamond NPC’s, trigs, and edencom forces. So, I think it’s a bug, but I’m not sure.
