Why I cannot join the Caldari side of FW?

I do not understand why I just cannot join the FW, seems like my standing with Caldari state is high enough.

My base standing with Caldari state is 0.44, and 2.35 after skill bonus.

did you relog since the first image and the second image?

are you perhaps trying to join the wrong militia?

Thanks, Relog works, it is really a stupid bug that a game should not have lol.

sometimes the game doesn’t register standings until you relog, especially if its from a shared fleet.

thats why under USIA, anytime we do people standings, we make sure they relog
