I may disagree with you on aspects about this video game, but I don’t mean you any kinda ill will.

High security, from what I understand, means security in the area/system is abundant or especially on guard. Or looking at it another way, a place where there is a sizable and proactive security force. Some place like the “wealthy” parts of a city.

A negative 10 security status means the worst status you could have with the security faction. you are basically Bad guy #1 on all the Security’s list

If both of these are true, then they cannot co exist in the same place.

Have you given any thought to what the game lore actually is? We are in New Eden, a dsytopian region, controlled by corrupt violent regimes. Where in this lore did you come to the naive belief that you are safe?

This is just the time it takes for CONCORD to punish criminals, that’s it. We as capsuleers are allowed to do some terrible things…even something as seemingly innocuous as Planetary Industry causes mass death, especially in the more populated systems of High Sec. Xenocracy | EVE Universe

The SOE and even our own mission agents regularly tell us how horrible we are and the amount of deaths we cause. You’re lack of reading is not an excuse to think that this universe we play in is anything but dystopian.
