Why Low Sec Gate Guns wont re-shoot u after you warp out?

I saw an stiletto entre aggression on a gate in Sakth 0.1, warping out, coming back, get agro again on the gate and the guns did not shoot him. This is a normal game mechanics or some kind of exploit?

It’s working exactly as it always has since I remembered it. Not an exploit.
