It’s not bad form, it’s a logical fallacy. You made a claim. I demanded proof. You witholding that proof for mysterious reasons. Ergo, I can dismiss your claim out of hand because you have not met the burden of proof. I didn’t even bother reading the rest of your post because your opening statement wholly invalidated it.
