Where are campaigns? Intresting characters? Story? Voiceacting? Custscenes? Why this game feels like its some kind of early 2000s web-site game? Space game can have story too…

Because players are the story. NPC story is only background. If you want more of that, read the Fiction Portal.

Story is on some EVE partner’s fleet stream from Tabbetzur or their coverage of Hoboleaks strings or EVE News that are actually called New Eden News so as not to be obvious or a Scope video on the EVE Online Youtube channel or the Intergalactic Summit forums or the Arataka Research Consortium Discord. Not in-game, that would be crazy, that’s only for mining and login rewards.

It’s an MMO, not a single player game.
Unlike single player games (and many single-player MMOs) the campaigns here are mostly player-made.
Take for example the recently started campaign of the Imperium to wage war against Pandemic Horde.
Interesting characters are plenty in EVE, from CSM members to CEOs and FCs of corporations and alliances, or people who made a name for themselves in other ways like travelling through every system in New Eden.
And if you want to hear some voices of EVE capsuleers I suggest you join the mumble, discord or teamspeak of your group.
If you want a story with interesting characters why not be an interesting character that makes new EVE headlines?
I think you could still be the first person to fight a big one-versus-many fight in that new Angel Dreadnought, that’s sure going to catch attention.

Yeah to get all the interesting stories you got to pick up the threads everywhere from the official EVE discord to New Eden Trade’s.

Contrary to what’s been posted in this thread, Eve Online has various multiple ‘NPC Story’ plots happening all the time…
You want campaigns, run Epic Arcs…
You want interesting characters, run Cosmos Agents…
You want story, run Career, Circle and Data Center Agents…
Also all in-game Events that have been happening are actually campaigns… Even regular missions have interesting characters with a story…
As for Voiceacting and Cutscenes, there’s plenty of other games available with that stuff… This game is already a huge time sink and adding those aspects will just make everything take even longer to complete…
And lastly, yes this game was created in the early 2000’s… However the Dev’s have done a pretty good job of keeping the graphics and game performance up to date…

Also quite a few level 1 (and maybe higher) missions and mission chains have fairly detailed and interesting stories, so despite the higher level ones tend to be without interesting story the lower ones tend to have better written parts as I recall. 
So he’s rage ranting because he lost a Retriever in lowsec? He wasn’t even ganked in hisec.
