Looks an issue with the either the cache or the exefile.exe itself. Clear the shared cache to make it redownload all the files needed. If that doesn’t work, uninstall and re-install the game. No one here is going to be able to fix the issue without injecting code which is against the EULA and TOS anyways.
have you also verified the EVE files ?
