Windows won't "pin" for Alt

I created an alt a few days ago and when playing EVE with the alt none of the windows will stay in the pinned position. When I click on “pin” the window transparency takes effect but I can still move the windows around freely. This doesn’t happen with my main character.

Any ideas, please?
