Hey everyone and fellow Linux users.
as of December 19th wineHQ has an new public key. Make sure to update the key into your repository list.
Thanks for the advice. 
WineHQ should itself made this for such important changes.
You’re welcome, I noticed my mint-updater had a problem with getting the upgrades list, so I checked with apt update and went on the wineHQ homepage and updated the public key like they told me, then apt update again saying yes 3 times.
