Personally I’ve lost more ships after that period than during it. Of my 36 losses over 4.5 years in multiple chars, only two were within the first 90 days. Both in destroyers. One was a gank and the other was a lowsec gate camp…in fact my very first entry into lowsec. Welcome to EVE !
It’s called a Virtual Machine. You can run as many Alphas from the same machine as you have the memory for. With a couple of high end computers you could run 40 Alpha accounts if you wanted to.
Sure, but you’re going to reach a cap at some point once you add in all the overheads, but by all means, i mean you’ll make more money doing that same thing literally anywhere else
CCP opened Pandora’s Box with Alpha accounts 10 years ago, and there’s no way to close it without alienating I’d say half of the player base, and they aren’t going to do that…
That is true, but why bother when Exordium is 100% safe? Instead of having to look over your shoulder, you can mine in perfect safety, AFK, 24/7, with as many accounts as you want…
Because you can easily mine in complete safety in the majority of EVE, people act like every single system has 20 gankers in it at any given time, just go more than 4 jumps from a trade hub
Because it’s not just players. It’s belt rats, diamond rats, incursions, etc… There will be none of that in Exordium. Again, the 100% safety from ANY type of distraction is what sells it.
Again, no skills required to mine and make ISK AFK 24/7 in perfect safety. Which do you think most new players are going to choose? Make more ISK but have the possibility of getting blown up, or make less ISK perpetually with zero risk of loss…
They can’t do that either, because there are players who connect to the public internet of a college, business, hotel, or cafe. What are you going to do? Cut off EVE to everyone in that area?
