No you are mistaken. Yulai will be a two way connection to Manifest. Vets will be able to go, recruit, restock the starter market and interact with newbros. @Mike_Azariah will still be able to fly the bus around, this time shorter trips, @Kshal_Aideron will be able to do their eve rookies stuff.
Plus rookies can come and go as they please even from day 1. The 4 shipcasters are one time use per character, but anyone can come and go through Yulai

And this is far from being wrong in the slightest. In opposite, something like that is long overdue and judging on the outraged reactions of the gankers/pvp morons it will work exactly as predicted. Read the dev blogs and what Fozzie and Swift said in the announcement forum thread.
The region is intended for new players. Usage by older players and farming will be very limited, observed by CCP and actions will be taken if needed. This includes declaring Exordium farming as an exploit. In addition to that, there will be not enough materials for older players to consider farming, let alone multiboxers.
So, no. There will be no “mega multis” farming 24/7.
That was only clarified yesterday and is fresh. So anyone above 30 days old is considered a veteran and forbidden from doing mining and missions in Exordium.
The question will be if you are allowed to seed the markets there…could be considered “farming the new players”. I hope to get clarification there as well.
In any case i plan to visit Exordium and since i am not allowed to mine there i hope the rules get enforced equally for everyone. In any case i plan to report people that have active mining lasers in a belt where the character is more than 30 days old.

Well this is space connected to the rest of EVE online and no player is forbidden to fly there.
It is no nitpicking to ask for the exact rules. I need to know the rules of the space i am in. The rules for the old starter systems are known as well. They are different to the new region and weren’t this strict. This is of new quality. Many things are technically possible, but forbidden to do if the character is 30+ days old.
So for me i still need to make sure if seeding the market in Exordium is allowed. Or if new problems arise if the market there is seeded by NPCs possibly influencing the EVE economy in a bad way.
And if the market is seeded by NPCs would i as 30+ days old player be allowed to buy or sell something on the market there or is that also forbidden in some way.

You’re projecting your own actions onto anybody and everybody that doesn’t sit on eve forums whining about ganking every day and all day. Since that character came into being, nearly every post you have made has been pure stupidity and whining about a core feature of this video game.

Asking that kind of questions is completely OK and valid. When I said that the rules are clear, I was referring to OP’s speculation about farming, since that was the topic of the post.
On another note, I’ll just wait until the feature is live and follow the blogs to see the exact rules, if I need to read them at all. For me, personally, it’s enough to know that the region is intended to be used by new players and that I’m welcome to interact with the region and the players in it, as Fozzie said: positively. I think that’s the only rule I need to know.
