This seems odd. My corp scans worm hole signatures and bookmarks them. I can warp to the book marked Worm Hole and physically look at it. However if I try to scan it down using my probes, I still need to go through the complete scanning process before it registers as a wormhole on my probe scanner display, even though I am sitting at 0m from it. Just seems odd that i would need to scan it even though I am looking at it. One to consider maybe?

WH should show 100% once you warp to it. And give probe scanner a hard-drive so you don’t lose your scans when relogging. Peace.
You do not need to go through the complete scanning process. Launch probes, reduce scan radius to 0.25 aU, warp to the bookmark, center probes on you, scan, done.

Those bookmarks should show up on the map. Focus on the bookmark, center your probes on it, and drop them to the smallest probe size. You’ll get it in one hit.
You can’t share probe data, just bookmarks.
Been noticing this for years.
I am sitting at a bookmark and looking at the wormhole yet need to go through the scanning process to clear my probe window listing.
Can not place the probes on the bookmark minimum range and one shot scan.

Double Click the icon for your ship
Center probes on icon
zoom in
center probes on icon
repeat as needed until you’re centered on a 0.25AU scan.

if you are already at the hole
- drop probes
- select “pinpoint formation”
- hit “center on current location”
- reduce range to 0.25 AU
- hit “scan”
Voilá you get a 100% result. Whole process requires like 5 seconds.
