That… is smart.
quickly, bury your obvious alt posting mishap in spam posts!
Doubt.
Heh, if you think that’s me or Mr. Epeen, then you’re sadly mistaken…
And I seriously doubt you’re in-game. If so, you definitely haven’t done any of the event sites…
Spamming recruit links. But technically correct.
Mr Epeen
This is my only character.
Kek.
He got caught sock puppeting!
I love it when that happens!
How would you know it’s not epeen? Care to explain this?
Weren’t you the one accusing everyone else of using (what was it again) "alt posting to create an echo chamber), did you out yourself by saying that because you both do have a very similar vibe.
I’m Gallente, I have no interest in Caldari space or it’s market. We have Dodixie
Trying to get back on topic…
The thing about the numerous posts like this one that inevitably crop up – the posts that are about “grr CCP Games” after a ship loss – is that it illustrates missing out on the core gameplay loop of Eve Online, which works for every single activity out there PvE or PvP:
- Research & Plan
- Prepare
- Execute
- Fail (Eventually)
- Assess & Learn
- Go to Step 1 with new Learnings
People have their own struggles at each of the steps and have to improve themselves to make sure they can make the most of the above. Posts like these fail at Step 5: rather than taking a loss as ISK invested in themselves as a pilot, these threads are started because there is a mistaken belief that losing a ship is CCP Games’ fault and therefore it is the game that needs to be corrected.
Separately I have no idea if anyone is lumping me into the mythical “troll” (“forum warrior”, et al) but if trying to get someone back on track to the above to re-engage with the game as the game is – to drop the “it’s not my fault the ship blew up, it’s CCP Games’” (which is dodging Step 5) – I don’t care. Sometimes the medicine is bitter, and egos flare up as a result.
So yeah, Michael Gryffith and Every One could both work on Step 5 and breeze through the event next time they do it, because complaining here isn’t going to put them into a position where they can do so. There’s 0% chance CCP Games modifies the event to be easier just for them and their specific Rattlesnake / Navy Drake fits.
But it is easier to call names.
lol, I believe Mr. Epeen to be a standup player who doesn’t have to resort to flooding the forums with alts like you do…
That’s fine it’s all scams.
Because egocentric lazy princesses will never accept it’s their own (lack of) doing.
You’ve just written the most important words.
No see this is the problem Mr. No Site Runs, I have no incentive to risk a more expensive ship now because I don’t know if I’ll get that random bad roll in that last pocket and get a battleship cherry on top of my frig and cruiser sunday.
More loot for other players then. Notseeingtheproblem.
At least they’re playing the game and not the forum. Hard to lose a ship if you never log in.
Mr Epeen
How would you know
I gave it a shot.
Nothing too exciting.
The warp scrambling frigs were a nice little “boo!” But easy enough to take care of.
I mean, it’s fairly reminiscent of the Union Day event thing they did two years ago.
I just wish that Crimson Harvest did the Implant drop like they did in the past. Now that generated salt! Not this piddly “oh, this event had a ship warp scramble me! It’s terrible! I lost a couple of drones. It’s broken! CCP fix your game! Whaaaa!” Nonsense.
I mean, common. If you’re going to give people a reason to ■■■■■ and complain, go for Baroque!
Thank you for making my point. It would sting, if the name calling were accurate.
By the way – the way the battleship spawn works is exactly the same as last year, but I hate repeating myself again to a 10+ year PvE expert like you.
Yeah me and a few guys had some plans in the works for the implant drops but alas, not to be.
