Since this morning, my account has been blocked by CCP, on the grounds that I use game currency for real transactions (RMT), but I did not do this, so I went to CCP’s complaint website to submit a complaint to prove that I was innocent, but my complaint was forcibly closed? I want to know how CCP treats its users? That’s too much! At least find out the reason and give me relevant evidence!! I hope CCP staff can see in this post that my account has cost me a lot of effort, and I don’t want it to be destroyed in the end because of something that doesn’t EXIST!!!
Maybe if you did not RMT, you wouldn’t got banned for RMT. Hahaha

i am prone to think like you, but, with the recent ban/unban of our Init fcs and CSM member, with CCP admitting that mistakes were made, there will now be always some sort of doubt about whether CCP is right or not when a new ban occurs

OP, like so many others, failed to properly explain his situation.
Literally just whining about ■■■■ doesn’t make you legit.
The balls on his side, not on CCP’s side.
It’s like all those people who scream “griefers”, yet for some reason they NEVER explain the whole story! It’s always only about what the other guy did and they never actually properly explain what they did that might have caused the situation.

All the people posting in the VAC discussion section of the Steam forums claims they were wrongfully banned. Guess how many of those gets reversed after investigation.

It’s clear that nobody has given me anything recently. Because I was in AFK from February to April this year.
But I will seriously think about what you said, because I did not do anything but was treated so roughly, I have the right to use the tone of questioning to let CCP give me a satisfactory answer.
CCP aren’t going to answer you in the forum.
Apparently also, you no longer have any rights as far as that EVE account goes. Asking here isn’t going to change that.

ok, PA own the game now but it’s not BDO…
some ppl whining in a forum and all were unban, cheater or not,(child crying can made you crazy, i understand BDO this way! )
taking out the CSM thingies (law suit menace etc might have an impact but it’s another topic),
if you’re banned, they find something solid, maybe you tried to sell account or others prohibited thing you’ll find in EULA.

without more informations, you never get a positive point from community, just “another one”.
You must’ve done something.I for example got threatened by GMs twice during my playtime because items/isk from RMTers or hacked accounts ended up at me while I was into trading more seriously but I didnt get banned.
I totally think you should make an account on the Pearl Abyss forum and complain there as well. That will certainly make them pay attention!
