Looking to buy an old toon, 2010 or older preferred, but anything before 2016 is fine. Preferably an alt someone made, left in a station and forgot about till today.
starting offer: 10B for 2010 or earlier, 7B for 2011-2012, and 5B for 2013-2016. 15-20B If they’re 2003-5. Not sure what is “standard rate” for old toons, saw some 2003 accounts selling for 8B so a year ago so starting there.
2B isk bonus if they’re 5 million SP or less. Skill injecting them into role I need will be far cheaper if they’re low SP. I will offer more money for more SP, but lower is prefferred.

Only real requirement is the character must have no zKillboard history. Aka when you search their name on zkillboard it shouldn’t come up.
I need them to a ghost as they’re gonna go on a bit of an infiltration op. (This is why an alt someone made and forgot about would be perfect.) It’s a hard ask, and this is why im offering more money that past offers i found.
