youll be lucky to get 9-10 billion for it based on skill points. at 17 billion it almost would be cheaper to inject a new character into that. and absolutely would be cheaper at 24b. Not to mention he has 0 jump skills which is gonna take a huge hit off his price. good luck with this character :).
