Okay sorry extended downtime and worktime for me today, yep id and isk to toon being sold, I have to log in move it and then grab your id. please please make sure its the right account with an open slot idk what that means but i was told to say it.
it means there are 3 slots open on your account to hold a character if you have a character in that slot it is occupied and can not take a extra character. So you can only hold 3 characters per account. if you transfer to a account that has no open slot if i remember right it will cancel the transfer/ not allow you to initiate it.
